A First Look at Burns Avenue

We’ve now received the building elevations for our Burns Avenue development in Takapuna.

The project will feature 31 hotel rooms and 13 apartments with a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom layouts. The updated elevations reflect a modern, well-considered design that complements the Takapuna area.

We’re still in the early stages of design and will share more updates as the project progresses.
