Momentum at Grange Block B

Construction at Grange Rd Block B continues to move forward steadily, with strong progress across the building platforms and Stage Two infrastructure works. Block B sits within a thoughtfully planned neighbourhood setting, designed to feel open, connected and easy to live in—balancing modern homes with practical access, services, and outdoor space.

Building platform + services (Units 8–12)

Earthworks for the building platforms are now complete for Units 8–12, marking a major step forward and setting the site up for the next phase of construction. Services are progressing well, with under-slab plumbing completed for Units 9 and 10. We are on track to have under-slab plumbing for Units 9–12 finished by the end of this week. With these services in place, foundation works are scheduled to begin next week.

Building Consent (BC) amendments

On the approvals side, the BC amendment for Units 9–12 has been approved and Units 8 and 13–16 remain in the amendment process, with approval anticipated later this month.

Stage Two — EPA area (stormwater + sewer)

In the Stage Two EPA area, underground infrastructure is progressing well. We have completed approximately 40% of the stormwater pipeline and 80% of the sewer pipeline to date. Due to ground (GEO) conditions, some sections require rock-breaking to allow the pipeline and underground services to be installed correctly. Despite these conditions, the team is working through the programme efficiently, with earthworks targeted to be completed by the end of the month.
