Grange Road Development – Units 1–5 Update

Work on Units 1–5 is progressing smoothly, with the project firmly on track for completion by the end of October. The team has been making steady progress both inside and out, achieving several key construction milestones over the past fortnight.

  • Completed all plumbing and electrical first fix

  • Installed insulation throughout

  • Passed plumbing inspection

  • Pre-line building inspection pending final timber moisture readings

  • Cladding installation approximately 40% complete

With works running to schedule and quality standards being maintained at every stage, these homes are moving closer to the finish line.
