Construction Update: 8 Westwood Terrace

Work has been progressing smoothly at 8 Westwood Terrace, where we’re delivering a boutique development of four high-spec homes in Saint Mary’s Bay.

On site, several exciting milestones have recently been reached:

• The driveway is currently being poured, creating a polished and welcoming entry to the homes.
• The kitchens have now been installed, marking a major interior milestone and setting the tone for the rest of the living spaces.
• Second fix electrical and plumbing works are underway.

We’re pleased with how smoothly construction is progressing and are looking forward to sharing more updates as the homes take shape.
