Building Progress Continues at Great South Road

Construction is continuing to progress well across the development, with multiple trades now working across the site. Electrical, plumbing, brickwork, framing and structural works are all advancing as the project continues to take shape.

Western Section – Lots 9–16
Construction continues to progress well across the western section. Electricians have commenced conduit installation and electrical rough-in works, while plumbing rough-in is continuing throughout the homes.
Air-conditioning pipework and steel angle installation are also underway. Brick deliveries are scheduled shortly, with the bricklaying team returning to continue façade works.

Eastern Section – Lots 1–8
Plumbing teams have commenced pipe rough-in works, along with testing of the underground drainage systems.
Installation of timber noggings and metal fixings is now substantially complete, while brickwork continues to progress across the eastern section.

Lots 17–20
Timber framing is underway across Lots 17–20. At Lot 20, framing will continue following completion of the new structural steel beam installation.
Fireproof coating works have now been completed, and installation of the first-floor balconies is progressing.

Lift Shaft & Escape Stair
Formwork installation for the lift shaft is underway, with reinforcement works at the top of the shaft now complete.Construction within the escape stair area has also commenced as works continue to progress across this section of the development.
