Building Momentum at Grange

Construction at Grange Road Stage 2 continues to progress strongly, with the development becoming increasingly defined as framing, exterior works and structural elements advance across the site. Upper-level framing is now well established throughout the development, with roof trusses arriving on site and the architectural form of the homes becoming increasingly visible. Exterior wall installation is also progressing, bringing greater definition to the façades and overall streetscape.

Internally, several homes are beginning to transition into their next phase of construction, with lining materials arriving on site and preparations for interior works underway. Elsewhere, blockwork, backfilling and under-slab services continue to progress, alongside structural inspections and preparation for upcoming brickwork.

Works to the wider site are also advancing, including paving and roadway construction, helping to shape the shared spaces and connections that will complete the neighbourhood.

With progress continuing across multiple areas simultaneously, Stage 2 is steadily evolving from structure into a more recognisable collection of homes, revealing the scale, character and considered design of the completed development.
