2025 ADNZ Auckland Regional Architecture Awards – MacMurray Recognised

We are proud to announce that our 5 MacMurray project has been recognised in the 2025 ADNZ Resene Auckland and Northland Regional Design Awards, receiving a Commended Award for Multi-Unit Housing.

With over 140 entries submitted nationally and intense competition across the region, MacMurray stood out for its excellence in architectural aesthetics, spatial planning, and residential quality.

As the project developer, we are honoured by this recognition from ADNZ. It affirms our ongoing commitment to design excellence and long-term value in urban housing development.

We extend our sincere congratulations to Dian Tang and the X Studio Architects team for their outstanding creativity and professionalism. It has been a privilege to collaborate on this milestone project.
