Construction Update: 218 Lake Road

We are pleased to share the latest progress on Palm Suites Apartment/Hotel. The facade work has been fully completed, and the scaffolding has now been removed, unveiling the building’s sleek and modern exterior. Additionally, building signage has been successfully installed, marking a significant milestone in the project.

Interior works and landscaping are advancing as planned, with the project on schedule for completion in May 2025.
