Podium Progress at Great South Road

Great progress continues at our Great South Road project, with another key milestone now achieved. The floor slab is complete, along with the podium propping, and the team has moved straight into the next phase—podium reinforcing. Steel installation is now well underway across the podium deck as we prepare for the next pours, and the structure is really starting to define the overall layout of the building.

The latest site and aerial images show the scale of the project coming together, with crews working across the deck and materials staged to keep momentum strong.

This is a fantastic Great South Road location, offering excellent access to transport routes, top schools and nearby amenities—ideal for modern, low-maintenance living. Once finished, the development will comprise 20 homes, including a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom options, with each home having allocated car parking.
