Construction Update: Grange Road

We’re making excellent progress at our Grange Road development in the heart of Mount Eden.

• Units 1–5 have now had their roofs completed and building wraps installed, marking a significant milestone in the build.
• Units 6 & 7 are currently being framed, with the framing expected to be fully completed by the end of July.
• Looking ahead, we aim to install all windows and complete the cavity system for Units 1–5 by early August.

As a reminder, Block A is scheduled for completion in September/October, with just seven architecturally designed standalone homes available.
